Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a subscription, please contact us by email at sales@nookscranny.net. You can also reach us through our Discord server.

For visit purchases, cancellations are accepted as long as the purchase has not already been redeemed.

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided the order has not yet been redeemed.

Once a purchase has been redeemed, it is considered final. No refunds or exchanges can be issued after this point.
